• Most common hotkeys:
  • Color picker: I
  • Pencil: B
  • Paint bucket: G
  • Rectangular select: M

Setup from source

It’s free to build from source and use Aseprite for commercial projects (reference).

macOS instructions:

brew install cmake ninja
git clone --recursive https://github.com/aseprite/aseprite.git
cd aseprite
./build.sh
