…and the problem was that I had a spending limit set on the whole account, so it wasn’t taking money from my budget. I found this through Edit → Scroll down to Payment Method → Change → Scroll down to “Set Your Account Spending Limit”. Alternatively, click this link to see a quick rundown of “Spend Cap Remaining”
