It’s a controller emulator for Xinput controllers like the Xbox 360 controller. Just download the EXE (make sure to match 32-bit or 64-bit*), put it alongside your Steam files (e.g. C:Program Files (x86)SteamSteamAppscommonIron Crypticle), run the EXE, save the settings, relaunch Steam entirely, then launch your game.
*If you need help, just download the 64-bit version and try using that; it will detect when it’s in the same directory as a 32-bit program.
