  1. Confirm that your account even had this problem by checking the Reputation Dashboard in SES

  1. Figure out the source of the bounces and get that under control. WAF may help for this.
  2. ”After you make changes that you believe will resolve the issue, send an email to from the email address associated with your AWS account. In your message, provide detailed information about the steps you’ve taken to resolve the issue, and describe how these steps prevent the issue from happening again in the future.”
    1. This has to be done from the email account where you got the message indicating that they’ve suspended or shut down your SES privileges.
