- Just follow these instructions. It’s dead simple. Then, point your router’s DNS at the machine running Pi-hole, and every device on your network will benefit.

- Bookmark the admin interface on phone and computer.
- Go to the admin interface → settings → DNS → disable the rate limit by setting both values to 0 since it’ll be the router making the requests for everyone, and 1000 is too low.
- Add
s.youtube.com
to the Domains allow-list (click Domains on the left bar) so that YouTube history saves correctly (reference). There’s a whole list of domains that you may want to allow-list here.
